What's with the Micro-SIM card

Micro-SIM cards are far away from being a standard. All major manufacturers still make phones with typical mini SIM cards. It would be at least a couple of years till everybody moves to this new size. This would work in favor of phone operators more than Apple. Think of it this way -- innumerable number of iPhones are imported illegally from different countries, then unlocked to be used with a local provider. By adopting to the new SIM card size, the SIM card in most of our phones today can't be inserted into the new iPhone. Sure, you can cut your current SIM to match the size of a Micro SIM and use it anyway. But a good chunk of uninformed potential buyers could be turned off to buy an illegally imported iPhone due to this.
